6:00 PM – Gathering
6:30 PM – Dinner – Order meals
7:30 PM – Awards etc.
8:30 PM – End of event
Admittance is $10 per person
Club members and one guest are invited to attend
There is a hard cut off at 40 people as this is all the restaurant can accommodate
Your $10 admittance charge gets you a supplemented single entree per person
All drinks, appetizers, desserts, etc., above and beyond your entree are at your own expense
Bills for these extras will likely have a fixed gratuity included.
